What’s a day at HealthCamp Like?
Jefferson University has graciously provided us a lecture hall and 6 classrooms in the modern Hamilton building at 11th & Locust Streets, each room equipped with new projectors and whiteboards. There’s plenty of comfortable lobby space for informal interaction and networking.  We’ll even provide coffee and a continental breakfast. You’ll probably want something to take notes. If your presentation is on a laptop, you’ll be able to connect it to the projector. Don’t forget business cards. Dress comfortably, it’s Saturday.

The actual schedule of all 40-some sessions will be largely created by YOU on the day of the event, but here’s how the day is structured:

8.00 a.m.  Check-in begins on 5th Floor Lobby

8 - 9.35 a.m.  Coffee, breakfast & Networking in 505, Get there early to put your session on the schedule!

9.35 - 9:50 a.m.  General session intros, announcements, Rm 505, 5th Floor

10 - 10.50 a.m. First Morning Session

11 - 11.50 a.m. Second Morning Session

12 - 12.50 p.m. Third Morning Session

1 - 1.50 p.m.  Lunch Break

2 - 2.50 p.m. Second Afternoon Session

3 - 3.50 p.m. Third Afternoon Session

4 - 4.50 p.m. Final Afternoon Session

5 - 5.30 p.m. Closing Session

** There will be a few limited 1.5- and 2-hour session slots available.
